38 mm tuning cylinder in the "Power Edition" version made of aluminum, including a cylinder head with a 50 ccm displacement, suitable for mopeds equipped with Sachs 503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, or ABL CH engines.
The tuning kit, made of cast aluminum with a nickel-silicon carbide coating (commonly known as Nikasil), offers a significant performance boost across the entire RPM range, with an emphasis on low RPMs and high torque. Compared to the original cylinder, the sealing has been removed from this tuning cylinder and the intake port has been enlarged. The overflow channels as well as the exhaust and intake ports have been adjusted to optimize valve timing. In addition, the exhaust port has been designed at a more aerodynamic angle. All cylinder head covers can still be installed.
The internal geometry of the matching cylinder head has been adapted to the piston to ensure an optimal combustion process.

The package includes the cylinder with the corresponding head, piston, piston rings, clips, bolts, studs, and the necessary gaskets for the cylinder base, intake, and cylinder head.

Note: For Sachs 503 ABL engines, the engine block may need to be slightly ground down in the area of the cylinder neck. Please observe the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
