Conditions of participation

Want to win a KULTWEAR moped? Then listen up! Every purchase of a fashion item from our KULTWEAR brand between May 27 and June 10, 2025, will automatically enter you into the prize draw. The prize: a KULTWEAR moped, which we will deliver to you in person. And because fairness is important to us, you can also participate without making a purchase—find out exactly how below.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the raffle is:

  • For customers from Switzerland:
    mofakult AG, Im Buchfeld 20, 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland
  • For customers from Europe:
    mofakult GmbH, Turmstr. 5, 78467 Konstanz, Germany
     

2. Participation period

Participation is possible from May 27, 2025, until June 10, 2025, 11:59 p.m. (CET).
 

3. Eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 16 and over who are resident in Switzerland or the European Union may take part.
Employees of mofakult AG or GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
 

4. Prize

One KULTWEAR moped will be raffled off among all participants. The bike will be handed over in person.

The handover takes place by individual appointment. For winners residing outside Switzerland, the following applies: The winner is responsible for the export of the vehicle and any customs clearance, transport costs and registration issues in the respective country. mofakult does not assume any organization or costs for this.
 

5. Participation requirements

Every person who purchases one or more items of clothing from the KULTWEAR brand via the mofakult online shop between May 27 and June 10, 2025 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Important: 1 customer * multiple purchases = 1 lot in the pot
 

6. Participation without purchase

In accordance with the legal provisions in the EU/Germany (§ 6 para. 1 no. 4 TMG, UWG), participation is also possible without a purchase.

Send an email with the subject line “KULTWEAR Raffle 2025,” your full name, and your address to: gewinnspiel@mofakult.ch
Entry deadline: June 10, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
 

7. Winner determination & Notification

The draw will take place from June 11, 2025, using a random selection process.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone.
If no response is received within 7 days, a new draw will take place.
 

8. Liability & Warranty

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
  • mofakult accepts no liability or warranty for the moped that has been raffled off.
  • Any claims for rectification, guarantee or exchange are excluded.
     

9. Data protection

The data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting and processing the competition and will be deleted afterwards. The data protection provisions of mofakult apply.
 

10. Legal process

Legal recourse is excluded.
