A selection of interference-suppressed NGK BREIX Iridium spark plugs with short threads, suitable for various mopeds and small motorcycles.

Iridium spark plugs feature an iridium alloy tip on the center electrode. The precious metal iridium does not melt until it reaches 2450 °C and is therefore highly resistant to spark erosion. The service life of these spark plugs is twice as long as that of conventional spark plugs. The 0.6 mm thin center electrode significantly reduces the required ignition voltage and contributes to improved flame front propagation in the combustion chamber.
Note: For official MFK approval, the ignition system must include a noise-suppressed component. These spark plugs are noise-suppressed and can therefore be used on public roads in combination with a non-noise-suppressed spark plug connector.
