Spacer set for the Vario gearbox type VG4, VG5 and for Pinasco, Polini and Malossi gearboxes on your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo or Boxer moped / moped.
The shim set consists of the following individual parts:
1 pc. Shim 24/14/1.0
1 pc. Shim 15/28/1.0
1 pc. Shim 23/34/0.5
1 pc. Shim 20/33/1.0
5 pcs. Shim washers 18/10/1.0
Notes:
Variomatic transmission VG4: The gearboxes have additional lubrication slots at the bearing seats. This means that the small thrust washers with the dimensions 18/10/1 are required.
This type of gearbox was used in later model series (mostly with cast wheels).
