Gearbox housing for variomatic and mono gearboxes suitable for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
The housing is the latest version of the Piaggio gearbox, recognizable by the lubrication slots for the bearings. The bearings and shaft seals are already pressed in.
Mono gearbox MG4: Type with four gears, in which the housing halves have additional lubrication slots at the bearing seats. The gearbox has one of the following identification numbers: 990575 or 990507 (B16 / 14B or C16); in addition, the housing is often marked V.
This type of gearbox was mainly used in Swiss Ciao models (1987 - 2006) and Piaggio Si models from 1987 with catalytic converter.
