Reinforced pull bolt compatible with the manual-shift Z50 engine in the Puch X30 Sport NS / NL, as well as Puch X30 Velux mopeds.
Version with thrust bearing: The thrust bearing alone is designed for extreme loads when used with very strong clutch springs.
However, due to slightly poorer guidance, this bearing may produce slightly more noise than conventional release bearings with a 60° contact angle.
The reinforced clutch springs included in the accessory set can be used without any problems in combination with the clutch bearing.
Clutch adjustment: Figure 4 shows the position of the release lever relative to the abutment and the ball-collar nut relative to the release shaft. This adjustment provides maximum release travel with minimal effort. Particular attention should be paid to the play between the disengagement shaft and the tapered collar nut, as insufficient play will inevitably cause the clutch bearing to fail very quickly. With the clutch cable engaged, the free travel on the disengagement lever should be approximately 3 mm.
The angle “A” shown in the illustration is 58°. At the hand lever, these clearances result in a free travel of approximately 1 cm.
