41 mm racing cylinder made of aluminum with round slotted intake for Sachs 2-, 3- and 4-speed engines with blower, which were installed on Hercules 50/ALS, 50/2 S, 50/KS, 50/2 DK, 50/3 LS, 50/4 LKS, Gritzner mopeds / mopeds etc., among others.

The tuned aluminum cylinder has been tested and further developed over the last few years and is now available with even more torque.
Thanks to a larger displacement, optimized timing, larger intake and exhaust as well as enlarged overflow channels, your oldie becomes a high-flyer.
In conjunction with the corresponding 13 mm SSB or 16 mm SHA carburetor with intake flange and resonance exhaust, this racing kit delivers a whopping 4.51 Nm and 5.0 hp at the rear wheel.
The racing kit has its highest power increase in the mid and upper rev range.

The scope of delivery includes cylinder, piston kit, cylinder head, gasket set, intake and cylinder stud bolts including special nuts.
The cylinder head, which can only be used for cylinders of this series, is equipped with a raceway centering. This ensures that the combustion chamber is perfectly aligned and the piston is not at TDC.

We recommend taking the following precautions:
- The cylinder should be filled with semi-synthetic mixed oil in a ratio of 1:33 (3%) during the first filling of the tank at a maximum of 5000 rpm
- The cylinder head studs should be glued into the cylinder with Loctite adhesive
- FüFor optimum centering and easier installation of the cylinder base, we recommend using the M5/M6 special stud bolt set
- For maximum performance, a 17 mm SSB carburettor can be installed. The inlet window of the cylinder should be adapted to the carburettor
