Here are some key points to help you decide when a thin, thick or steel diaphragm is the best choice instead of a carbon diaphragm:
Torque and power development: A thinner diaphragm can help the engine to respond faster and more smoothly, as it reacts more quickly to changes in pressure. On the other hand, a thicker diaphragm can help the engine to develop higher torque at lower engine speeds, which can be particularly beneficial for low-speed engines.
