Tuning clutch for Puch Maxi S / N, Puch Supermaxi LG1 mopeds / mopeds which have an E50 input engine installed.
The racing clutch is equipped with a reinforcement plate, which provides the necessary stability at high speeds.
The scope of delivery includes four different spring strengths for the corresponding application range:
- Red (installed springs with thin wire): correspond to original clutch springs
- Blue: Slightly tuned engines (approx. 1000-1500 rpm higher speed when engaging the clutch)
- Yellow: Medium tuned engines (approx. 3000-3500 rpm higher speed when engaging the clutch)
- Red: High-end tuning (approx. 4500-6500 rpm higher speed when engaging)
Before installing the centrifugal clutch, make sure that the openings of the retaining rings (BZ rings) are facing outwards.
This prevents the BZ rings from loosening during operation.
